The Power of Stories.
One of the most effective ways to break down the stigma around mental health is to talk about it.
By sharing our experiences with others we can help to normalise mental health and provide support to others who may feel alone with their feelings. Our stories are courageously written by each person and as you read the journey of these amazing individuals you will see that they all provide hope for recovery.

Natalie’s Story
‘I couldn’t talk about my mental health at work. After all, I was a mental health professional – how would that look?’

Kyle’s Story
‘I’m a personal trainer working with others to help them be physically strong – I didn’t realise that my own mental health was something I needed to take care of’
Sophie’s Story
‘My anxiety took me by surprise and I became a shell of the teacher I was. Don’t be afraid to admit you are struggling and talk out.’
